PYTHONX® ROBOTIC STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION SYSTEM

COMPACT PLASMA CUTTING SOLUTIONS
The Torchmate® product line of automated plasma cutting tables encompasses a broad scope of machines: from our entry-level CNC machines – the Torchmate 4400, to our industrial plasma cutting tables with the Torchmate 5100, and everything in between.
The Linc-Cut S concept relies on fast and simple set up, by its design software and integrated tool path, the procedure for cutting one or more pieces is extremely simple and fast.
OPTITOME 2 machine is designed for use with NERTAJET HPi plasma installations to achieve very high cutting quality. Its single-piece construction is highly sturdy, allowing simple and quick assembly. This machine can handle heavy-duty production work, up to 300A.
COMBINED PLASMA & OXYFUEL
Lincoln Electric offers its customers the best thermal cutting machines for oxycutting and / or plasma processes. The range of machines OXYTOME or PLASMATOME integrates all the features required by heavy industries to obtain the best result.
Using HPi process in oxyfuel and plasma associated with advanced console with tactile screen, the efficiency and productivity are at a high level. Some characteristics:
• Up to 8 oxyfuel torches
• Up to 2 plasma sources 600A each
• Cutting capacity from 0,5 to 300mm on low alloy steels
ADVANCED CUTTING TECHNOLOGY
For the range of OXYTOME & PLASMATOME, Lincoln Electric has developed advanced options, to increase quality and productivity in heavy duty works.
Bevel HPi, a powerful bevelling unit with technology robot wrist will drastically reduce your production time for cuts on plates or tubes that require particular preparation and 3D bevelling.
A numerical drilling unit on the same machine combines drilling, marking and cutting.
The drilling process is managed by the same numerical controller system as cutting, therefore changing of process is fast and total production time is reduced.
